Notice is hereby given that Warren County will conduct a public hearing at noon on Sept. 17, 2025 at the Warren County Courthouse, 204 Fourth Ave., Warren, Pa., 16365. The purpose of this hearing is to obtain citizen views and comments on the county’s proposed use of $237,530 in Federal Fiscal Year 2025 CDBG funds and to receive any complaints or grievances regarding the county’s use of CDBG funds. This meeting is accessible to individuals with disabilities and/or for persons with Limited English Proficiency. If you wish to attend and require special accommodations, please notify the CDBG program administrator 72 hours in advance of the public hearing at (814) 728-3434 or jcotton@warrencountypa.gov to make such arrangements.
The projects proposed for funding that will be discussed at the hearing include:
Tidioute, Sheridan St. Stormwater Improvement, $25,000
County-wide, Housing Rehabilitation, $66,000
Clarendon, High St. Stormwater Improvement, $113,925
Spring Creek, Park Handicapped Parking, $22,450
County-wide, Administration, $10,155
Total Grant Request: $237,530
The deadline to submit the FFY 2025 CDBG application is Oct. 31, 2025. The application documents will be available for public inspection at the Warren County Courthouse, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The Warren County Commissioners will consider approval of the CDBG application at a regular public meeting to be held on Oct. 15, 2025 at the Warren County Courthouse.
